The 2019-20 season will continue at 8 a.m. each Thursday in March in a new location, Room 016 in the Nancy Cantor Warehouse. The room is directly off of the Fayette Street entrance or a short walk down the stairs or elevator ride from the Washington Street entrance. March 26 Chancellor Kent Syverud and Matt Ter Molen, chief advancement officer, are scheduled to speak about the state of the university and what it means to be “forever orange.”

Transgender Health Conference

The focus of this conference is on how to expand access to culturally sensitive and affirming health care for transgender and gender expansive individuals. The barriers within the medical system itself and how they affect the experiences gender diverse folks have when attempting to access care will be examined. Additionally, topics to be discussed include but are not limited to: Providing Hormone Replacement therapy; supporting whole families during a child's transition; transgender legal rights and protections; trauma informed care, and more.

Donations will be collected by May's staff in a drive-thru, drop-off service in front of the building. Supplies will go to PEACE INC Food Bank.
