The agency It's About Childhood and Family will host a Family Day at Brady Market with special guest Scooch from Syracuse Mets. Additional local resource agencies present include: Early Childhood Alliance, Help Me Grow Onondaga and Partners in Learning Inc. The two-hour event will also include music, yoga, free children's books, shirts, crayons, yoga cards, stress balls and more.

Talk, Read, Sing Onondaga invites families to this free community event at Performance Park and the WCNY Broadcast and Education Center (corner of Marcellus and Wyoming streets). The event will feature interactive performances by the Symphoria Percussion Ensemble at 5 and 6 p.m., music-themed crafts and activities, early childhood resources and information from community partners, raffles and giveaways, bounce houses, interactive bubble displays, fire engine tours and more. Guests are encouraged to wear masks, especially if unvaccinated. In the event of inclement weather, activities will be moved inside.
