Planned Parenthood educator Mallory will distribute brochures, fact sheets and give-a-ways, answer questions and talk to teens one-on-one about family planning, sexual health, sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, minors’ rights and much more. SUNY Upstate will host a diversity in medicine conference -- Shifting the Power: Health Justice at Upstate 2019. The conference will include short sessions and interactive workshops on such topics as: “Racism in Medicine,” “Health Effects of Inequality,” “Healthcare in the Prison System,” “Refugee Health” and more.
