Under the leadership of NBLCA several nonprofit health organizations will be on hand to share resources and information on AIDS prevention and support services for housing, testing and treatment for persons with chronic diseases. No registration necessary. For teens and adults. Meets on Level 1.

Planned Parenthood educator Mallory will distribute brochures, fact sheets and give-a-ways, answer questions and talk to teens one-on-one about family planning, sexual health, sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, minors’ rights and much more. All materials include information about where to access low-cost reproductive health care. If appropriate, referrals will be made to partner agencies for additional service needs. The Dunbar Association's Third annual Winter Art Auction will feature live and silent auctions of donated works by several local artists. Distinguished local artist Jackie Warren-Moore will share her poetry, and music and refreshments will be provided. A $20 donation at the door is required for attendance. No tickets will be sold. Strathmore Artisans Annual Arts & Crafts Sale will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Most Holy Rosary Church Gymnasium, 1031 Bellevue Ave. This craft fair will feature a variety of artisans’ works for sale. "The Man Who Invented Christmas" will screen at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8. The film shares the journey that led to Charles Dickens' creation of "A Christmas Carol," a timeless tale that would redefine Christmas.

Join Dr. Marcelle Haddix (Syracuse University’s School of Education Faculty member) and RYT200 of ZenG Yoga for a yoga class that will center on breathing, movement and meditation for the mind, body and soul.
