Local job seekers can discover what skills are needed to earn a job with the I-81 Interstate Reconstruction Program during this virtual info session. This health workshops, "Cut the Salt," is presented by Just Say Yes to Fruits & Vegetables, a partner of the Food Bank of Central New York. Salt can be found in many unexpected places. Organizers will shed some light on common high-sodium foods and provide tips on ways to reduce your sodium intake. Register by visiting bit.ly/JSYSept23. Each week, Rebecca from CNY Young Naturalists will lead a lesson on an interesting nature topic and provide activities to try outside and include in a nature journal. Then, at the following meeting, participants will discuss what they found in nature and have recorded in their journals.
