Upstate Medical University's Student National Medical Association (SNMA) will present The Black History Month Gala - "Unsung Heroes in Medicine" Feb. 17 in honor of Black History Month and as a fundraiser benefiting the South Side's Rahma Clinic. South Side Tomorrow's Neighborhoods Today recently received a grant from the University Neighborhood Service Agreement Advisory Committee (UNSAAC) for an art mural project on the South Side. At this meeting, TNT members will discuss ideas for the murals and gather community feedback, input and enlist volunteers to assist with the project.
