The Writing Our Lives 2015 Youth Writers Conference will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Danforth Middle School. With this year's theme #BeFree, middle and high school students, ages 12-18, from the greater Syracuse community will participate in writing workshops with local writers, poets, artists and community educators on spoken word poetry, songwriting, comic creations, fiction and much more.
