Do you love music? Do you tap to the beat of your favorite songs? Come to a drum circle and let’s have some fun. You’ll learn some basic rhythms as we jam with djembe drums, shakers and bells. It’s simple, fun and anyone can do it. Creative Rhythms drum events inspire and strengthen a sense of community, courage and confidence through various facilitated rhythm modules. Creative Rhythms is a wellness program designed by Sandra Sabene/Certified DC Facilitator and expressive arts instructor offering inspiration to communities along the east coast since 2007. Space is limited. Event is supported by funds from the M&T Charitable Foundation.

Planned Parenthood educator Mallory will distribute brochures, fact sheets and give-a-ways, answer questions and talk to teens one-on-one about family planning, sexual health, sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, minors' rights and much more. All materials include information about where to access low-cost reproductive health care. If appropriate, referrals will be made to partner agencies for additional service needs. JAMS (Joined Artists, Musicians & Singers) 6th annual Musicians’ Cookout will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at Long Branch Park in Liverpool. Tickets are $12.50 and parking is free.
