Onondaga Community College and the Southwest YMCA will host a free Halloween Trick Or Treat Drive-Thru from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31,  at the Onondaga Community College campus. Families will drive onto the OCC campus using the Route 175 entrance and proceed around the campus loop road while receiving candy from local businesses and organizations lining the road. Attendees are encouraged everyone to dress up and mask up.

An Evening with Poet and Children’s Book Author Bao Phi

Touching on refugee status, class and race, award-winning author Bao Phi will discuss becoming a writer, poet and, later in life, a father and author of children's literature. He will also share excerpts and images from his award-winning children’s books. This virtual event will include a discussion and Q&A with Phi and School of Education doctoral students.
