The Greater Southside Homeowner Association will host a pop-up Get the Lead Out event to educate and inform parents, families and neighbors about the health hazards of lead for young children from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday Aug. 7, at 1543 S. Salina St. at the A. Wright Building formerly the Able Building (across from KFC).
