Also discussed: cooperative housing, condos, land trust and shared housing models. The purpose of this session to to help residents consider the full range of housing choices before making a decision and additionally to learn about financing, home inspections and legal issues.

The entire community is invited to join in this free celebration featuring live entertainment, an educational area, a culturally diverse food court, the Dr. Henry A. Washington Health Pavilion, exhibits and more.
