Pathway of Resistance Walking Tour

The Erie Canal Museum will offer several Pathway of Resistance walking tours, examining the African-American experience on and along the banks of the Erie Canal, from the waterway's beginnings to contemporary times. This in-person program will be offered on alternating Thursdays and Saturdays at 1 p.m. Space is limited. I-81 Neighborhood Meeting

Dr. King Elementary School 416 E. Raynor Ave., Syracuse

The Department of Transportation will host a series of eight neighborhood meetings to discuss the I-81 project at locations throughout the city of Syracuse and surrounding suburbs. These smaller-scale meetings will take place in local schools and have DOT staff on hand to explain the project and respond to questions.
