Public Hearing for Aging Services in Onondaga County

Magnarelli Community Center 2300 Grant Boulevard, Syracuse

A public hearing will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at the Magnarelli Community Center at McChesney Park, 2300 Grant Boulevard. Onondaga County seniors, senior service providers and the general public are invited to attend, to help plan the future of aging services. The Onondaga Office for Aging asks for input on their 2020 and Four Year Service Plans. Summaries of the proposed 2020 Service Plan will be available for review after Oct. 1, at the Onondaga County Office for Aging, 421 Montgomery St., 10th Floor, online at http://www.ongov.net/aging/news.html or by calling (315) 435-2362 and asking for a copy to be mailed. Comments are welcome at the hearing, with regard to the 2020 and Four Year Service Plans, or you may fax them in care of Executive Director Pete Headd at (315) 435-3129.  Written comments must be received by Friday, Nov. 15, 2019.
