For four Thursdays in August, a different Syracuse neighborhood will resound with the sounds of national and local jazz artists. On Aug. 29, listen to Games and Silent Disco from 4 to 6 p.m. and West End Blend from 6 to 8 p.m. Concert is free and open to the public.
