The Senate Majority will hold a series of public hearings on rent regulation and tenant protection issues. Sen. Brian Kavanagh, Chair of the Housing Committee, will lead the hearings, to ensure legislative efforts to advance New Yorkers’ housing rights reflect the perspectives of a wide range of stakeholders.
