Fun with Science – Simple Machines

Join Krysten O’Hara & Dawn Lammert, Neuroscience graduate students at SUNY Upstate, as they present a program about Simple Machines. Children will have fun learning about things that go while discovering some basic principles of physical science, using pulleys, levers, wheels, axels, wedges and inclined planes. Juneteenth Festival

Juneteenth Festival will feature many musical performances, including Grammy award-winning headliner Loose Ends. Event will also include crafts, children’s games and retail vendors, along with a variety of ethnic foods.
