Black History Month Commemorative Lecture by Alicia Garza will be offered at Syracuse University's Hendricks Chapel at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23. Garza is a writer and community organizer who advocates for Black people and queer communities, fights against racial profiling and police violence and campaigns for improved working conditions for all underserved minority communities.
