40 Below will be joined by Believe in Syracuse to cleanup the Syracuse Inner Harbor from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 22. All are welcome. Volunteers will help beautify the city in partnership with OCRRA and dozens of other cleanup events happening across Central New York in honor of Earth Day. Volunteers will meet at 352 W.
