Salina 1st LLC Groundbreaking Ceremony

A groundbreaking ceremony will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at 1081 S. Salina St. The building project will be five stories with two levels of residential units. Designed with a green roof, the first floor would be lite industrial with second floor office space. Because the project is located in the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area, it will receive a 15-year priority commercial PILOT agreement, or payment in lieu of taxes.
