Race Matters Book Club

“The Underground Railroad,” a novel by Colson Whitehead, will be discussed at the next meeting of the Alliance of Communities Transforming Syracuse (ACTS) Race Matters Book Club to be held 7 p.m. Monday, July 26, via Zoom.

As the community’s social justice interfaith network, ACTS is hopeful that dialog will bring greater awareness and action. There are 29 regular members of the book club from more than 13 different congregations with an average of a dozen or more persons participating each month. Come once or come often to share your thoughts with others on the journey.
