Introduction to Collective Housing

During this session, attendees will learn about the full range of housing choices – between owning a single-family house to renting. Also discussed: cooperative housing, condos, land trust and shared housing models. The purpose of this session to to help residents consider the full range of housing choices before making a decision and additionally to learn about financing, home inspections and legal issues. Lunch will be provided, and children are welcome.
