An I-81 Viaduct Project Open House will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at The Oncenter, 800 S. State St. Staff with the New York Department of Transportation will be present to explain and update on the I-81 Viaduct Project and answer residents’ questions. Attendees will also have the opportunity to submit written comments.
