City-Wide Celebration

A city-wide Halloween celebration will be held at various city venues to provide save and fun options for local youth. Festivities will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. and this is a nut-free event where all candy will be nut-free. Event sites include: Barnabas Center, Boys & Girls Club-East, Delaware School, Dr. King School, Edward Smith Elementary School, Franklin School, Northeast Community Center, McKinely Brighton School and Southwest Community Center.
