Online Workshop: Healthy Beverages

This Healthy Beverages workshop is presented by Just Say Yes to Fruits & Vegetables, a partner of the Food Bank of Central New York. Organizers will compare the sugar content of popular drinks and discuss ideas for healthy drink options. Register by visiting bit.ly/JSYSept9. Participants will be sent a Zoom meeting link. Participants can also stop by JSY’s tent at the Downtown Farmers’ Market Sept. 15 to pick up coupons, a helpful kitchen tool and recipes.
