This dynamic two-part workshop examines both traditional and digital marketing methods to maximize your customer reach and retention. The morning session will show you how to fine tune your marketing goals and how to develop plans. The afternoon session highlights the value of social media and outlines effective ways to reach your customers on digital platforms. Topics covered include: What’s a marketing plan, metrics and measures to track the progress of your plan, what to expect from social media in 2019, find the key to social media success and how to leverage video online.
