A Nutrition & Health Expo for Seniors will be held 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 19, at the CNY Regional Market “F” Shed (indoors and heated). Because March is National Nutrition Month, Onondaga Elders, Inc., will sponsor a fun-filled event featuring exhibits, health screening, massages, healthy cooking presentations and a t’ai chi demo for seniors.
