Syracuse/Onondaga County NAACP luncheon to honor lifetime members

The Syracuse and Onondaga County Chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will hold a luncheon in honor of the chapter’s life membership members. The speaker will be Jesse Dowdell, the former chief executive officer of Syracuse Model Neighborhood. The luncheon will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Atrium@Hanover Square, 201 E.
