Advance Care Planning Class

Onondaga County Office for Aging’s Caregiver Services will offer a session on Advance Care Planning. In this class, experts in elder law will emphasize the importance of having a conversation with the appropriate persons in your life about creating a well-coordinated plan to help you as you age or in the event of loss of capacity to make decisions.  They will explain the documents that are available to serve as directives including a will, a health care proxy, a power of attorney and a living will.
